Day 1: Arrive in Casablanca

Meet & greet upon arrival at Casablanca airport by your private driver/guide. Drive to the city center of this cosmopolitan city that is regarded as the economic capital of Morocco.

Visit the majestic Hassan II Mosque, which is the landmark of Casablanca being the third-largest mosque in the Islamic World and a blend of Moroccan and Andalusian Architecture. Depending on our schedule, you will explore the mosque from the inside with a local tour guide.

Visit the Rick’s Cafe then have an interesting drive alongside the paved Ain Diab Corniche before getting to the Morocco Mall. Later, we will escort you to your hotel where you will spend your first night.

Day 1: Arrive in Casablanca

Meet & greet upon arrival at Casablanca airport by your private driver/guide. Drive to the city center of this cosmopolitan city that is regarded as the economic capital of Morocco.

Visit the majestic Hassan II Mosque, which is the landmark of Casablanca being the third-largest mosque in the Islamic World and a blend of Moroccan and Andalusian Architecture. Depending on our schedule, you will explore the mosque from the inside with a local tour guide.

Visit the Rick’s Cafe then have an interesting drive alongside the paved Ain Diab Corniche before getting to the Morocco Mall. Later, we will escort you to your hotel where you will spend your first night.

Day 2: Casablanca - Rabat - Chefchaouen

Today, our 10 days best of Morocco tour will lead us north to the blue city of Chefchaouen passing by the imperial city of Rabat, where we will spend the time unveiling its mysteries.

Begin the tour of Rabat by the dramatic Kasbah of the Oudayas that offers panoramic views across the Bou Regreg River, the Atlantic Ocean, and Sale. Wander the intricate alleyways of the Kasbah (fortress) that are rich in culture.

Visit the Mohamed V Mausoleum along with the adjacent Hassan Tower, which is the landmark of Rabat before continuing on the track to Chefchaouen through the fertile plain of Gharb.

Day 3: Full-Day Exploring Chefchaouen

After breakfast, we will devote the day to exploring what this charming Medina (old town) of Chefchaouen has to offer. Visit the dramatic Kasbah, which goes back to the 15th century when Moulay Ali Ibn Rashid decided to fight against the Spanish invaders.

Lose yourself in the beautiful streets with houses that are painted in blue passing by a local communal bakery, Hammams, mosques, tiny shops, and much more before reaching the panoramic Ras el-Ma Spring. You have the option to include a soft hike uphill from where you will have a commanding view of the Medina.

Later, walk back to the Utta el-Hammam Square, which is located in the heart of the Medina and is famous for the local cafes and restaurants. Enjoy a drink or a meal while watching the passers-by.

Day 4: Chefchaouen - Volubilis - Meknes - Fes

After breakfast, we will resume our journey driving south to Fes crossing the spectacular Rif Mountains, and visiting the Roman Ruins of Volubilis with a local tour guide.

Later, we will explore the imperial city of Meknes that was founded by the late Sultan Moulay Ismail back in the 17th century whose excellent leadership turned the city into the “Moroccan Versailles”. Take pictures of the impressive Bab Mansour, then stretch your legs in the adjacent el-Hedim Square with its olive markets.

Visit the Moulay Ismail Mausoleum, then drive through the high walls of the Royal Palace before getting to the granaries and stables. Later, we will head to Fes through the highway where we will spend our fourth night.

Day 5: Full-Day Exploring Fes

Today, we will devote the day to exploring Fes with a local tour guide. Initially, we will drive uphill from where we will enjoy the panoramic view that the Fes el-Bali (oldest Fes), which is listed by UNESCO as a world heritage site and is the largest car-free district in the world.

Take pictures by the golden gates of the royal palace, then stroll in the Mellah (former Jewish Quarter) with its vibrant Souks (markets). Later, you will explore the mysterious Fes el-Bali with its bustling cafes, intricate alleyways, old mosques, museums, and much more.

Visit the Chouara Tanneries where leather is made using traditional methods of dying. Later, we will escort you to your Riad where you will spend your fifth night.

Day 6: Fes - Ifrane - Midelt - Erfoud - Merzouga Desert

After breakfast in your Riad, your private driver/guide will pick you up at 07:30 am before heading to the Merzouga desert passing by the ski resort of Ifran where we will include our first stop.

Drive through the UNESCO preserved cedar forest that hosts a colony of “Barbary Macaques”, then have lunch near Midelt before continuing on the track further south crossing the spectacular Atlas Mountains.

After taking memorable shots in the palm Ziz Valley, we will reach the Sahara desert in the late afternoon. Go on a camel ride experience while enjoying the majestic view of the sunset before getting to our luxury desert camp where you will spend the night.

Day 7: Merzouga Desert - Erfoud - Todra Gorges - Dades Valley

Early wake up in the morning, we will invite you to attend the miraculous view of the sunrise before serving a refreshing breakfast under the sunlight. After taking a shower, we will resume our journey heading west passing by the city of Erfoud famous for fossils and dates.

Stretch your legs in the impressive Todra Gorge (canyon) before getting to the Dades Valley where we will spend our sixth night.

Day 8: Dades Valley - Ouarzazate - Ait Benhaddou - Atlas Mountains - Marrakech

After breakfast, we will head to Marrakech with a nice drive across the lush valley of the Roses where we will include a short break for visiting a local cooperative of turning roses into rose water, soaps, lotions, and much more.

Cross the city of Ouarzazate (Hollywood of Africa) with its Atlas Film Studios has turned the region into an international backdrop among filmmakers. Have a guided walking tour of the dramatic Ait Benhaddou Village which was a commercial center in the former caravan route that used to connect Marrakech with the Sahara.

After lunch, we will have a nice drive across the spectacular high Atlas Mountains while enjoying the nice views.

Day 9: Full-Day Exploring Marrakech

Today, we will devote most of the day to exploring the best of Marrakech with a local tour guide. Have an interest in the Ville Nouvelle, visit the botanical gardens of Majorelle, which is one of the most beautiful gardens in the world.

Have a guided walking tour of the Marrakech Medina while exploring its most interesting landmarks including the Koutoubia Mosque, the Saadian Tombs, the Bahia Palace, and the vibrant Souks that are organized into sections before ending the tour in the Jemaa el-Fna Square.

Day 10: Airport Transfer

Depending on your flight schedule, we will transfer to the Marrakech or Casablanca airport hoping you go back home with lasting memories of our beloved Morocco.
